Wide Doypacks Without a Valve
Wide doypacks combine the convenience of a classic stand-up pouch with a wider, lower-profile shape that gives your product a distinctive presence on the shelf. The broad front panel provides more space for labels and branding, while the expandable bottom gusset creates a stable base once the pouch is filled.
They are made from recyclable mono-material PE, feature a practical resealable ZIP closure, and are available from stock in a choice of modern matte colours.
Unlike coffee pouches, these bags have no degassing valve — making them ideal for granola, nuts, dried fruit, snacks, powders, supplements, pet treats and many other dry products.

Freshly roasted coffee releases CO₂ for days. A one-way degassing valve lets that gas escape while helping protect the coffee from external oxygen.

Wide doypacks: frequently asked questions
What is a wide doypack?
A wide-format stand-up pouch with an expandable bottom gusset. Compared with a traditional tall doypack it is broader and lower, which creates a large front surface for branding and a stable shape on the shelf.
Do these wide doypacks have a valve?
No — they are supplied without a degassing valve, for products that do not release gas after packing. For freshly roasted coffee choose our wide coffee bags with a one-way valve instead.
What sizes are available?
Our stock range covers 500 ml, 750 ml and 2,500 ml. Dimensions and colours vary by size, so check the product pages above. Because density differs by product, choose by volume and test a sample if you are unsure.
Are wide doypacks recyclable?
Yes. They use PE-based mono-material structures designed for recyclability, avoiding mixed-material laminates such as PET/PE combinations. Always follow local collection and recycling instructions.
Can I print my own branding on them?
Yes. Hot-stamp printing starts from 100 pieces, with no printing plates. You can also use custom labels, or ask us about fully custom-printed pouches.
How fast can I get them?
