Premium orange paper bag with twisted handles
Orange kraft paper, twisted handles. A seasonal bag for most brands that buy it — pumpkin spice September through November, chai-blend launches, citrus chocolate, autumn gift sets. Three sizes, in stock without printing, with custom printing on minimum-order runs.
How the orange bag earns its keep
It’s not a year-round colour for most brands. The economics make sense when you can dedicate it to a season — a 6–10 week campaign in autumn or a holiday spice line — and reorder annually. Brands that try to use it year-round usually find the orange clashes with non-seasonal product photography. It pays off when it’s a deliberate seasonal SKU.
The colour we landed on
A warm rust orange — closer to terracotta than safety orange. Cleaner than pumpkin pulp, less saturated than supermarket bargain orange. We adjusted the pigment three times to find a tone that reads premium rather than budget.
Printing on orange kraft
Copper foil is the standout choice — picks up the warm tones and pushes them. Black screen print is the high-contrast option, looks clean. Brown screen print disappears. We don’t recommend yellow or pink on orange. Most printed runs we ship are copper foil or black single-colour.
Sizes
180×220+80 for single-serving samples or small chocolate boxes. 240×340+100 for a 500 g spice blend pack or a coffee-bag plus a small extra. 350×400+150 for hampers and gift sets. The medium size accounts for around 60% of orange-bag orders by volume.
Brands using orange kraft
A chai-blend producer outside Amsterdam launching their seasonal masala. A coffee roaster in Innsbruck using it for their pumpkin-spice retail. A spice merchant in Marseille for their autumn collection. A chocolatier in Brussels for an orange-cardamom limited edition. Common pattern: short, intense campaigns with the bag colour as part of the announcement.
If orange is too narrow a moment
Year-round warm-tone alternatives in the Paper Bags range include our smooth and ribbed brown options.
