What is 3D hot stamping?
Hot stamping (also called hot foil printing) uses a custom metal die, heated and pressed against the bag, to transfer metallic foil onto the surface.

What is the minimum order for hot stamp coffee bags?
100 pieces. This makes hot stamping one of the lowest-minimum ways to get custom coffee bags with a logo — full custom printing usually requires 5,000+.
How much does hot stamping cost?
€1.51 per bag at small quantities, discounted up to 85% at higher volumes, plus a one-time €99 die. Reorders with the same logo pay no die cost.
Is hot stamping better than printed coffee bags?
They solve different problems. Printed bags suit large runs with complex artwork; hot stamping suits small runs where a single-colour metallic logo should look premium. Many roasters start with stamping and move to print past 5,000 bags per design.
Does the foil survive shipping and handling?
Yes. The foil is heat-bonded into the bag surface, not printed on top, so it doesn't scratch or flake under normal handling.
Which bags can be hot-stamped?
45 products: matte doypacks (incl. EVOH barrier, window and wide versions), flat bottom bags and coffee bags with degassing valve. Paper bags, boxes and cups are not stampable.
Is hot foil stamping sustainable?
The process uses only heat and pressure — no inks or solvents — and the metal die is reused for every future order.
